How much a salon or barbershop website costs in Spain in 2026

Real prices for a hair salon, barbershop or aesthetics centre website in Spain in 2026: what each range includes, why online booking changes the business and the mistake of depending on Instagram alone.

Daniel Software Engineer

The question arrives every month in the same words: “I run a salon, how much would a website cost?”. And my answer always starts the same way: it depends on whether you want a website that exists or a website that fills the agenda. They are not the same thing and they do not cost the same. Here are the real ranges, what each one includes, and where money usually gets wasted.

Prices, no fluff

  • Landing (one page): from EUR 280. Services, prices, gallery, hours and contact. For starting out or simply looking good on Google. Timeline: 3-7 days.
  • Full website with online booking: EUR 450-600. What really changes the business: clients book without calling, the gallery sells the level, prices stay current and you show up for nearby searches. Timeline: 1-2 weeks.
  • Traditional agency: EUR 1,500-5,000. For the same as above. The difference is not quality, it is overhead: office, salespeople, middlemen.

All my quotes are fixed in writing, with a mockup before payment and 80% at the end, once the site is validated. I always say it first because it is what sets me apart and what you should demand from anyone.

What a salon website must have (and what it must not)

I have seen EUR 2,000 salon sites with no online booking and EUR 300 landings filling the agenda. The difference is never the price: it is whether the site has the 4 pieces that matter.

1. Frictionless booking. Most appointments are decided on mobile, often off-hours. If booking means calling or messaging on Instagram, half the clients are lost. Online booking integrated with the agenda has the highest return of the whole site.

2. A gallery that sells. Cuts, colour, before and after. In beauty nobody hires over text: they hire over photos. And photos must load instantly, because they get checked from the street.

3. Clear, editable prices. An outdated service menu is the fastest way to lose trust. The team must change it in minutes, with no call to anyone.

4. Local SEO. Nearby searches for barbershops and salons. Without an optimised Google Business profile and schema markup, you do not exist for those searches. And those searches are clients with card in hand.

What you do NOT need: a weekly blog (nobody will read it on a salon site), an online shop (unless product sales are real) or expensive animations slowing down mobile.

The mistake of depending on Instagram alone

Instagram is an excellent showcase and a bad business: it rents you the audience. When the algorithm changes, reach falls and bookings fall with it. The website is the opposite: it shows up on Google the same every day, presents prices with no DM needed, and centralises bookings. Ideally they work together, each one doing its job.
