What is included

A complete app, not a clickable prototype

The exact scope is fixed in writing sprint by sprint. This is what every custom app ships with.

Platforms

iOS, Android and web from one codebase

One build, three platforms. React Native, Capacitor, Flutter or PWA depending on the case: I pick the technology that fits your project and justify why, in writing.

Backend

Backend and real-time data

Firebase, Supabase or a custom backend as required. Your data syncs instantly across app, web and panel: appointments, orders, stock, whatever your business moves.

Users

Frictionless sign-in for your clients

Email, Google, Apple or magic link (sign in with no password). Registration in seconds: every friction you remove at login is a client you keep.

Management

Custom admin panel

Your business seen from the inside: manage clients, appointments, orders or content with no code. Designed around your real flow, not a translated generic admin.

Push

Notifications that recover revenue

Appointment reminders, order alerts, news. Automatic and scheduled: they cut no-shows and bring dormant clients back with zero effort on your side.

Payments

Integrated payments and analytics

Charge inside the app (bookings, bundles, products) and measure what matters: who enters, what they use, where they drop. Decisions with data, not feelings.

Design

Custom design, native feel

Your brand on every screen, with the gestures and patterns users expect on each system. Nothing that “feels like a website stuffed into an app”.

Stores

App Store and Google Play publishing

Optional and managed: listings, screenshots, versions and Apple/Google reviews. And if your app is for internal use, we distribute via link with no stores and no commissions.

Code

Source code 100% yours

At closing you receive complete code and technical documentation. Your team or another provider can continue with no strings attached. Your investment, your asset.

Sprints

Sprints you validate one by one

Every 1–2 weeks, something working that you can test. If a sprint feels off, we talk before continuing. You never blindly pay for a months-long project.

Price

Total price fixed from day one

Even working in sprints, the total is fixed in writing before starting. Agreed is invoiced: not one euro of drift without your prior approval.

Support

Optional maintenance, no commitment

iOS and Android change every year: updates, tweaks and support from the person who coded your app, a message away. Only when you need it.

Why sprints

The model that removes the fear of ordering an app

The classic fear: paying thousands upfront and receiving something else 6 months later. It does not exist here: total price fixed in writing + 1–2 week sprints you validate one by one + your code at the end.

A simple app starts at €800; a complete management app lands between €800 and €8,000 depending on scope. At an agency, the same goes for €5,000–15,000 with the same uncertainty. The difference is not just price: you watch your app grow every two weeks.

No commitment. No per-user licences. No code lock-in.

Honest comparison

Custom app, agency or monthly SaaS: when each pays off

Indicative ranges for the Spanish market. No features attributed to specific companies.

Feature Landinowebs · €800–8,000 App agency · €5,000–15,000 Monthly SaaS · €30–300/month
iOS + Android + web Yes, one codebase Yes (sometimes two builds) Yes, but generic
Adapted to your real process Yes, in detail Yes No: you adapt to it
Total price fixed before starting Yes Sometimes, with drift N/A (eternal fee)
You validate progress every 1–2 weeks Yes Sometimes It exists; you try first
Source code yours Yes Sometimes, at extra cost Never: it is a rental
3-year cost (average case) ~€3,000–8,000 once ~€8,000–20,000 ~€3,000–10,000 and counting
Direct contact with the developer Yes No: project managers Generic support
Ideal when… your process is specific the project needs a team your case is standard

Quick read: if a SaaS does exactly what you need, use it and save the build —I will tell you so myself—. A custom app pays off when your process is specific, per-user licences eat your margin, or you want an asset you own instead of an eternal rental.

Real case

A real management app, in development right now

Not a demo: a client project, with its screens, its backend and its processes.

Real case · App in development

Clinica Estetica Pepa Ramon

Landing page for new treatments + custom management app

At the clinic request, beyond the website I am building a custom cross-platform internal management app (iOS and Android) in React Native: appointment management with visual calendar, online bookings from the web, real-time earnings stats, direct chat with patients, encrypted clinical history and automatic push notifications. The app is being personalised down to the detail for how this specific clinic works, not a generic SaaS: every flow, every screen, every permission is designed around their actual processes, not a sector average.

  • Provisional landing with the new 2026 treatments: Blumed blue laser, endolaser, aesthetic medicine
  • Waiting on client content (photos, copy, team) to finish the website
  • Custom internal management app for iOS and Android (React Native)
  • Features: appointment management, bookings, earnings stats, patient chat
  • Personalised down to the detail for how this clinic works

The process

From your idea to your app, sprint by sprint

  1. You tell me your idea

Email, WhatsApp or video call. What the app must do, who will use it, what hurts today. If you do not need an app, I will tell you here.

  2. Scope + total price in writing

We define features, technology and sprints. You receive the TOTAL price fixed: agreed is invoiced, even working in parts.

  3. First sprint: something you can touch

In 1–2 weeks you have the first working version on your phone. You test it, request changes and validate before continuing.

  4. Sprints until complete

Each sprint adds visible functionality: users, panel, payments, push. An MVP is usually 2–4 weeks; a complete app, 4–12 sprints.

  5. Launch + your code

Store publishing if you need it, source code and documentation in your hands. And optional support whenever you need it, with no commitment.

FAQ

What everyone asks before ordering their app

How much does an app for my business cost?

A simple app starts at €800 as an entry point. From there we define the requirements together and the total price is fixed in writing before starting: what is agreed is what is invoiced, no surprises. A complete management app (appointments, clients, payments, panel) usually lands between €800 and €8,000 depending on scope, built in 1-2 week sprints that you validate one by one.

How does the sprint-based payment model work?

We agree a short sprint, 1 to 2 weeks, with a defined goal. The fixed price per sprint is presented, approved and paid at the start, and at closing you have a working product you can test. If the result is off, we discuss it before continuing with the next sprint. Each sprint is invoiced only when its result has been validated.

Is the app native or cross-platform?

The recommended approach is cross-platform: iPhone, Android and web from a single codebase, cutting timelines and costs to roughly half versus two native builds. End users run it from the device of their choice with no noticeable difference. If a specific need (extreme performance, specific hardware) requires a 100% native app, I build that too.

Which technology is it built with?

Depending on the case: React Native (the most common choice, one codebase for iOS and Android), Capacitor or PWA if the app lives mostly on the web, and Flutter when the project calls for it. Backend with Firebase, Supabase or a custom backend, depending on your requirements and whether you have an in-house team. The decision is justified in writing in the quote: no imposing a technology just because it is the only one mastered.

Do you publish it on the App Store and Google Play?

Yes, store publishing is optional and managed: listings, screenshots, versions and the Apple and Google review processes. If your app is for internal use (staff, clients via link), it can be distributed as a PWA or via link with no stores and no commissions — faster and cheaper.

Is the source code mine?

Yes, 100%. At closing you receive the complete source code and technical documentation so your team or another provider can continue development. No licences, no lock-in, no “the code stays on our servers”. Your app, your asset.

What happens when the MVP is done?

We decide together: add features, take the product to production, iterate on the current version or close the project. If we continue, the sprint model stays. If not, you keep code and documentation. An MVP is usually ready in 2-4 weeks; a complete app in 4-12 sprints.

Does it include backend, users and notifications?

Yes: sign-in with email, Google, Apple or magic link; backend with real-time database; custom admin panel to run your business; and push notifications (appointment reminders, order alerts, news). Integrated payments and analytics, as your app requires.

Is there maintenance after launch?

Optional and with no commitment: system updates, small tweaks and support when you need it. Apps live for years and systems (iOS, Android) change every year; having the person who coded yours a message away is far cheaper than re-discovering the code with another provider.

Why not use a monthly SaaS instead of a custom app?

If a SaaS exists that does exactly what you need for little per month, I will tell you and save you the build. A custom app pays off when your process is specific (your way of booking, charging or managing), when per-user licences eat your margin, or when you want an asset you own instead of an eternal rental. We analyse it in the first conversation, unbiased: sometimes the honest answer is “you do not need an app”.

Who builds it

You talk to the person who codes it

I am Daniel, a software engineer graduated from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. I work remote from Valencia with clients across Spain and worldwide: no salespeople, no project managers, no idea passed through five hands.

If you want to know how I work, it is all explained on the about page. And if what you need is a website, see the landing page from €198 or the corporate website from €450.

Shall we build your app?

Tell me your idea and within 24 hours you have an honest first assessment —including whether you do not need an app—. If it fits, total price fixed in writing and first sprint underway.
