You tell me your idea, I explain how I would build it, and if we both see it makes sense, we start. No pressure, no commitment, no jargon.

Apps for every device

If you need an app, I build it for iPhone, Android and web from one codebase. Cheaper, easier to maintain, and your users can use it anywhere.

I only get paid when you are happy

First we agree on the price in writing, then you pay 30% to start, and the remaining 70% only when you see the finished site and are happy. If something is not right, I keep changing it until you are.

I stick around after delivery

I do not vanish after the invoice. The first 15 days any small change is included (text, photos, tweaks; no redesigns). After that, optional maintenance from EUR 25/month (2.5 h of small changes) or EUR 50/month (5 h, valid for bigger changes). No contract.

If you've looked around, you have seen quotes of EUR 1,000, EUR 2,000 or more. It is fair to wonder: where is the catch? There is none. Here is why my prices are what they are.

I work alone, no inflated structure

No office, no sales team, no five-person crew to pay. It is just me, Daniel, writing your website directly. That cuts cost without cutting quality.

AI has changed the game

AI does not do the whole job for me, but it takes a load of tedious processes off my plate: design variants, code reviews, drafts, documentation. Things that took a week two years ago now take a day. And the more I know about code, the more I get out of it: every new thing I learn makes AI more useful to me, and the projects I can do get bigger. That saving goes to you, not to my bottom line.

I do not resell templates

Your site is written from scratch, no WordPress themes or limited visual builders. That gives me full control over performance, security and SEO, and lets me charge only for the real work.

The real range: from EUR 350 up to whatever fits

A simple landing page can come out at EUR 350. A standard business website is around EUR 450-600. A custom project can go above EUR 1,000. Price adjusts to what you need, not to a flat rate that sometimes is too much and sometimes too little.

What you pay is what you get

Fixed price in writing, no last-minute extras, no "complexity" surcharges nobody explained. If something changes, we talk before touching anything.

How much does a website for a restaurant cost?

A custom website for a restaurant usually costs between €350 and €600 with a freelancer like me. If an agency quotes you €1,500 or more, you are paying for their office, sales team and staff. A well-built restaurant site has a menu, wine list, contact, reservations and local SEO, and does not need to cost more than €600 to be great.

How much does a management app for my business cost?

A custom management app or web (appointments, patients, stock, customers) starts at €800 for a basic version and can go up to €3,000-5,000 for something more complete with its own backend. Compared to monthly SaaS fees like Holded or similar, in 1 or 2 years you have paid it off and it is yours, no monthly fees.

How much does a freelancer charge vs an agency?

A small agency in Spain charges between €1,500 and €5,000 for a basic business website, and between €5,000 and €15,000 for a simple app. I charge between €350 and €600 for a website and from €800 for an app. The difference is not that they are better: it is that I have no office, no team, and AI helps me go faster without cutting quality.
