How working with me works

A project with clear timeline, price and deliverables from day one.

Before anything starts, we talk. If it is a fit, I send you a proposal with scope, timeline and price fixed in writing. The rest of the project runs against that document, with no surprises or last-minute changes.

We talk before we start

You tell me what you need, I explain how I would approach it, and if we both see it makes sense, we begin. If it is not a fit, I happily refer you to someone I trust.

Your project, from scratch

I do not use templates or tweaked themes. The site or app is designed and built for your case, with your brand, your processes and the people who will use it. If in six months you want to add something we had not planned today, the code is built to grow without rewriting it.

Modern stack, the right one for your case

I work with Astro, TypeScript, React Native and Supabase: what the reference sites and apps in the industry use. If your team already works with a different stack, I adapt. What matters is that the result is maintainable, fast and well ranked on Google.

One app, three platforms

If you need an app, I build it for iPhone, Android and web from one codebase. It is cheaper, easier to maintain, and your users get it on whatever device they have at hand, without you paying for three separate builds.

Visual proposal prior to the first payment

After the first call, if the fit of the project is confirmed, a visual proposal is prepared to determine the direction of the work. After approval, 20 % is paid to start; the remaining 80 % is settled once the work has been completed and validated by the client.

Support afterwards, no contract

The first 15 days, any small change is included. After that, optional maintenance from EUR 25/month (2.5 h for small changes) or EUR 50/month (5 h, valid for larger changes). If a month you do not want to continue, you cancel at no cost.

A word on pricing

Why our fees are what they are, with no surprises.

A standard corporate website in Spain usually costs between EUR 1,500 and EUR 5,000 when developed by a conventional agency. Landinowebs delivers the same outcome — or better, in some cases — from EUR 450, with a quote fixed in writing. The difference lies in cost structure and in how current technology is put to use. The five reasons below explain it.

Light structure, same quality

I run Landinowebs personally, with no office, no sales team and no corporate overhead. Every project is carried out by the same person the client deals with from the first call. The reduction in structure is passed on directly in the price.

Solid technical experience

I have been writing code for years, and that makes the difference. AI is a useful tool when you know what you are doing, and a dangerous one when you do not. At Landinowebs it is used only where it genuinely adds value, without the final output betraying its use. Most professionals and agencies that have adopted AI have kept their rates, without passing the saving on to the client. Landinowebs does.

Built from scratch, no templates

Every site is coded from scratch, with no WordPress themes or visual builders with technical limitations. This gives full control over performance, security and search ranking, and the invoice reflects the work done, not licence fees.

Pricing sized to actual scope

A simple website starts at EUR 280. A standard corporate site is between EUR 450 and EUR 600. A custom project, with multi-language or integrations, can start at EUR 1,000. The fee is sized to the actual scope of the project, not to a flat rate that sometimes overcharges and sometimes undercuts.

Quote in writing, no extras

Every project is accompanied by a written quote with scope, timeline and price. If a change arises during development, it is communicated and agreed before it is carried out. There are no surcharges for unforeseen complexity or last-minute charges.

Tech stack

The stack used in each project, on its merits.

On the frontend, the framework best suited to each case is selected (Astro for websites, React Native for mobile applications), and on the backend the practice works with Supabase or Firebase, managed platforms that remove the need to maintain proprietary infrastructure. If the client team already works with a different stack, integration or adaptation is considered.

Clients in any country, working remote.

Development is carried out remote from Spain, which allows projects to be served from any geography. Country, language and time zone are not an obstacle to a well-planned collaboration: if you have a project in mind, we will talk.

The three most common questions before a project starts

How much does a website usually cost?

A Spanish agency with an office and a team charges between EUR 1,500 and EUR 5,000 for a standard corporate website, and from EUR 5,000 for an application. As a reference, the Restaurante Los Pinochos website (menú, wine cellar, gallery, reservations, editable CMS, bilingual version and local SEO) was delivered for EUR 500, with no template, no middlemen, and a load time under one second. The difference is not quality, it is cost structure. The practice operates without an office and applies AI only where it genuinely adds value. That saving is passed on to the client.

What about a management app for my business?

The cost largely depends on the scope. As a reference, a simple app (appointments, orders, stock, basic features) starts at EUR 800, and a more complete version with a proprietary backend sits between EUR 1,500 and EUR 3,000. Compared to a monthly subscription SaaS like Holded or a similar tool, in one or two years the investment pays for itself and the tool becomes the property of the client, with no recurring fee.

Why do you charge so much less than an agency?

It is not that the competition is worse, nor that this practice is better: it is that here no office is paid for, no sales team, no junior with six months of experience. Moreover, the years of programming allow AI to be leveraged where it really adds value, without cutting quality. Most of the sector keeps its rates as if AI did not exist and retains the saving. That is not the case here.

What is Landinowebs?

Daniel Sanz Arilla, a Software Engineer from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), runs Landinowebs, a design and web development studio focused on corporate websites and cross-platform applications (iOS, Android, web) for professionals and businesses. The value proposition rests on three pillars: a quote fixed in writing, a visual mockup prior to the first payment, and the second instalment of the fee only after final validation by the client.

How much does a custom website cost in Spain?

A simple landing page starts at EUR 280, a corporate website with several pages is between EUR 450 and EUR 600, and a custom project with integrations, multi-language or considered design starts at EUR 600. Fees are entry points: after an initial conversation a written quote is provided with a detailed breakdown, with no unaccounted additional charges.

How much does a cross-platform app cost?

Cross-platform applications (iOS, Android and web from a single codebase) start at EUR 800 as an entry point. The total budget is fixed sprint by sprint, based on scope: appointments, orders, stock, customer chat, admin panel, depending on the requirements of the project.

How does a project unfold?

Communication is established by WhatsApp, email or video call, as preferred. If the project is a fit, a fixed-price quote is delivered in writing. A visual mockup is then presented to validate the direction of the work before the first payment. After approval, 20 % is paid to start; the remaining 80 % is settled once the site is on the client domain and the result has been validated. If any aspect does not match expectations, the relevant adjustments are carried out until sign-off is reached.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes, with clients in any geography. Work has been carried out with clients in Spain, Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, Sweden), LATAM (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay), the United States, Canada and Brazil. Payments are accepted in EUR, USD, GBP, MXN, ARS, COP, CLP, PEN, CAD and BRL.

What is the delivery timeline for a website?

A simple landing page: 3-7 business days. A corporate website: 1-2 weeks. A custom project: 2-4 weeks (4-6 if it includes several integrations). Applications are delivered through 1-2 week sprints, with a total of 4 to 12 sprints depending on the scope of the project. Timelines are realistic and tailored to the actual scope, without inflated calendar commitments.
