Web and application development services, with clear fees.

After the first conversation, if the fit of the project is confirmed, a fixed proposal in writing is delivered, with scope and price. Once it has been reviewed and any queries have been clarified, a visual mockup is prepared to validate the direction of the work before the first payment. After approval, 20 % is paid to start; the remaining 80 % is settled when the site is on the client domain and the result has been validated. The sequence is always the same: first a conversation, then the direction is validated, then work begins, and the final payment is only made after sign-off.

Before the remaining 80 % is settled, a joint review of the site is carried out. If any aspect does not meet expectations, the relevant corrections are made. If, after several rounds of adjustments, the client is still not satisfied, a solution is discussed and agreed: the studio does not charge for work that has not been approved. Moreover, by presenting the visual mockup before any payment, the client knows the direction of the project without commitment. The risk on the client side is practically nil.

The practice operates without an office or team structure, and the accumulated experience in programming allows artificial intelligence to be leveraged only where it genuinely adds value. A simple landing page starts at EUR 198, a standard corporate site is between EUR 450 and EUR 600, and a custom project starts at EUR 600 (large ones with several integrations can exceed EUR 1,000). The client pays for the work carried out, not for the inflated structure of an agency. For a detailed comparison, the "Landinowebs vs agency" section on this very page can be consulted.

In general, the opposite is true. The sites developed tend to be faster, better optimised and easier to maintain than more expensive alternatives. The price difference does not lie in quality, but in cost structure and the honest use of technology. The Restaurante Los Pinochos website, for instance, has a load time of under one second and has been in production for months without notable technical incidents.

A simple landing page: 2 days to 1 week. A corporate website: 1-2 weeks. A custom project: 2-4 weeks (4-6 weeks for projects of high complexity). The specific timeline is determined during the first conversation, without inflated commitments.

Yes. If required, the site includes a CMS panel that allows in-house editing without programming. If the client prefers the studio to handle the modifications, the first 15 days include any minor adjustments, and from that point onwards a maintenance plan can be contracted from EUR 25/month.

The case is analysed and a fixed-price quote in writing is presented, with clear timelines and scope, without last-minute additional charges. If the scale of the project exceeds the capacity of the practice, the client is referred to a trusted collaborator, with no obligation.

By email, WhatsApp or video call, according to preference. Once the project requirements are known, a fixed proposal in writing is prepared within 24 hours. No automated forms or commercial pressure: the client may raise all the queries needed.

Every technical decision is justified, the work is shown as it is developed, and the final 80 % is not collected until the site is on the client domain and the result has been validated. If any aspect does not meet expectations, the necessary corrections are made until sign-off is reached. Before any amount is received, a visual mockup is presented to validate the direction. The professional reputation depends on the final result responding exactly to what the client needs, which is reflected in the origin of most of the projects, generated by direct recommendation.

It depends on the scope. As a reference: a simple landing page starts at EUR 198, a standard corporate site (3-6 pages) is between EUR 450 and EUR 600, and a custom project starts at EUR 600 (large ones with several integrations can exceed EUR 1,000). A fixed-price quote in writing is delivered within 24 hours, with a detailed breakdown and no additional items appearing over the course of the project.

A simple application starts at EUR 800 as an entry point. From there, the specific requirements are jointly defined and the budget is adjusted sprint by sprint from the start. The price is fixed in writing before the start, without surprises or last-minute changes: what is agreed at the start is what is paid.

Complete technical SEO is applied: semantic structure, meta tags, Open Graph, Schema.org, sitemap, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals 95+, llms.txt and GEO optimisation so that AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) take it into account. Transparency is in order here: whether a site appears on Google or on an AI is, ultimately, a decision of Google, and no one can determine with precision when the indexing occurs. What is guaranteed is the application of all the practices recognised as effective and the delivery of the site in the best possible technical conditions to maximise its visibility opportunities. Sometimes the results are quick, sometimes they require more time, depending on the sector and the evolution of the algorithm. In any case, no empty guarantees are offered: technically sound work is delivered.

The practice operates remote, from Spain, with clients in any geography. Communication is carried out by email, WhatsApp or video call. The quality of the result is equivalent to that of face-to-face work, without the loss of time associated with travel.

A simple landing page: 2 days to 1 week. A corporate website: 1-2 weeks. A custom project: 2-4 weeks (4-6 weeks for projects of high complexity). Timelines are realistic and tailored to the actual scope, without inflated marketing commitments.

Yes. When the current site presents performance issues, ranking problems or poor mobile rendering, the migration to Astro is carried out while preserving SEO, URLs, content and links. The process is transparent and, depending on the case, the final site multiplies its speed by 5 to 20 times.

A simple application starts at EUR 800 as an entry point. From there, the specific requirements are jointly defined and the budget is adjusted sprint by sprint from the start. The total price is fixed in writing before the start and does not vary: what is agreed at the start is what is paid. The usual rule also applies: each sprint is charged only when the corresponding result has been validated.

A short sprint is agreed, of 1 to 2 weeks, with a defined objective. The fixed price per sprint is presented, approved and paid at the start, and at the close of the sprint a functional product is available for the client to test. If the result does not meet expectations, this is discussed before continuing with the next sprint.

Both options are viable, although the recommended approach is cross-platform: iPhone, Android and web from a single codebase, which reduces timelines and costs. The end user accesses the application from the device of their choice. If a specific need requires a 100 % native application, that option is also developed.

After delivery of the MVP, a joint decision is made: incorporate new functionalities, take the product into production, iterate on the current version, or consider the project closed. If the choice is to continue, the sprint model is maintained. Otherwise, the full source code and documentation are handed over so that the client team or another provider can continue the development.

Yes. The backend can be developed from scratch or rely on managed services such as Firebase, Supabase or a headless CMS, depending on the requirements of the product and the composition of the client team, where one exists.

An initial MVP is usually ready within 2 to 4 weeks. A complete custom application depends on the set of functionalities: typically 4 to 12 sprints of 1 to 2 weeks each. The adoption of short sprints responds to the need to provide visible progress at regular intervals, not to a prolonged wait for a single deliverable.
