Behind Landinowebs is me: Daniel, a software engineer.
I am Daniel, a software engineer with a degree from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, and the person behind Landinowebs. I work with people and businesses that need a well-built website or app, without overpaying or dealing with heavy agencies. Landinowebs is my way of working remote from Spain with clients anywhere in the world: direct contact, fixed price, I only get paid when you are happy.

I have been building websites and apps for years, and that is what truly makes the difference. AI is a great tool when you already know what you are doing, and a dangerous one when you do not: the seams show fast. I use it where it actually helps (code review, generating variants, documentation) without it being obvious AI did the work. And I use it with judgement, because I have been writing code for years and I know when it adds value and when it does not. AI does not do the whole job for you: what it does is take a load of tedious processes off your plate that used to eat your hours. It is a brutal tool when you know what you are doing, and a disaster when you do not.
And here is the thing almost nobody talks about: AI does not replace what you know, it amplifies it. Every time you learn something new, every time you get better at your stack, AI becomes more useful to you and the projects you can do get bigger and better. Five years ago there were things I would not even consider offering to a small business because they were unfeasible in time and price. Today, with the same knowledge base well applied, they are real projects. Knowledge accumulates, it does not get replaced.
And yet most freelancers and agencies have access to the same AI tools I do, and they have still kept charging the same as three or four years ago. They have not moved a cent in their rates, as if AI did not exist for them. The end client pays the same as when everything was slower, more manual and more expensive to produce. And that, frankly, is not fair.
Landinowebs comes from that goal: to charge what it really costs to do the work today, not what it cost 4 years ago. If I can charge you EUR 350 for a landing instead of EUR 1,500, I charge you EUR 350. If I have to charge you EUR 600 because it is more complex, I charge you EUR 600. What we sign at the start is what you pay, and I only get the final 80 % when you see the finished work on your domain and you are happy. Plus, before asking for a single cent I prepare a mockup so you see the idea before committing. That simple.

Your website or app is built from scratch, thinking only of you. It is not a tweaked template, it is a unique project, with your brand, your style and your needs.
Honest pricing, no surprises
I send you a fixed-price quote in writing: scope, timeline and price. No last-minute extras, no inflated margins, no fine print. What the work costs today, not what it cost 4 years ago.
See the idea before you pay
First we talk about your business and what you need. If it feels right, I prepare a mockup so you can see the direction of the site without paying anything. If you like the idea, you pay 20% to start. The remaining 80% only when the site is on your domain and you are happy. If something is off, I keep changing it until it is.

I stick around after delivery
I do not vanish after the invoice. The first 15 days any small change is included (text, photos, tweaks; no redesigns). After that, optional maintenance from EUR 25/month (2.5 h of small changes) or EUR 50/month (5 h, valid for bigger changes). No contract.
Why so affordable? Let me explain.
If you've looked around, you have seen quotes of EUR 1,000, EUR 2,000 or more. It is fair to wonder: where is the catch? There is none. Here is why my prices are what they are.
I work alone, no inflated structure
No office, no sales team, no five-person crew to pay. It is just me, Daniel, writing your website directly. That cuts cost without cutting quality.

I do not resell templates
Your site is written from scratch, no WordPress themes or limited visual builders. That gives me full control over performance, security and SEO, and lets me charge only for the real work.
The real range: from EUR 350 up to whatever fits
A simple landing page can come out at EUR 350. A standard business website is around EUR 450-600. A custom project can go above EUR 1,000. Price adjusts to what you need, not to a flat rate that sometimes is too much and sometimes too little.
What you pay is what you get
Fixed price in writing, no last-minute extras, no "complexity" surcharges nobody explained. If something changes, we talk before touching anything.

I apply everything that is known to work so your site has the best possible signal for Google and AI engines (Schema.org, llms.txt, well-structured content). Google has the final call, and sometimes it works and sometimes it does not, but at least I do not sell you smoke: your site is in the best technical conditions.

If you need an app, I build it for iPhone, Android and web from one codebase. Half the cost, the same result.

The same tools big brands use. Your site does not crash, does not get hacked, does not break.

I work with clients in Europe, LATAM, USA, Canada, UK, the Middle East and Asia. If your country is not on my site, do not worry: get in touch anyway.
English or Spanish
I speak English and Spanish fluently. I work in your language. For non-English / non-Spanish markets, I work with professional translation tools.
Pay in your currency, with honesty
EUR by default (SEPA transfer, no fees). If you prefer to pay in USD, GBP, MXN, ARS, COP, CLP or another currency, I use Wise or Revolut so the exchange rate is fair. Conversion fees (~1%) are agreed upfront, or I cover them if it makes sense. No surprises on the final amount.
We adapt to your time zone
I am based in Spain (CET), but I coordinate with your hours for calls, WhatsApp and deliveries. Time zone is never an issue for a well-planned project.
Talk however you like
WhatsApp, phone call or email, whatever works best for you. You pick the channel, I adapt.
