Terms of service
The rules of the game, in writing and with no fine print: what each service includes, how quotes work, how payment works, which timelines apply and which rights you have. They govern all Landinowebs commissions unless a signed quote says otherwise.
1. Who provides the service
Services are provided by Daniel Eduardo Sanz Arilla (Landinowebs), Spanish tax ID 26578790J, based in Valencia (España, ES). Contact: landinowebs@gmail.com and 649 23 05 22. More details in the legal notice.
2. Services and guide prices
- Landing page: from EUR 198 with support, hosting and domain configuration included. One page, one goal. This price includes SEO and GEO, with guaranteed speed of 95 on PageSpeed.
- Corporate website: from EUR 450 (usual range 450-600). Up to 6 custom pages.
- Custom project: from EUR 600. Integrations, multi-language, specific features.
- Cross-platform app: from EUR 800, in short 1-2 week sprints with a fixed price per sprint.
- Monthly maintenance: from EUR 25/month, no commitment.
- Migration: from EUR 200. GEO/SEO audit: EUR 40 (included if I build the site).
These are guide prices excluding VAT. The fixed quote you accept always breaks down taxable base, applicable VAT (general 21% rate in Spain, except operations with special rules such as reverse charge or intra-EU clients with a valid VAT ID) and total price. There are never charges outside the accepted quote.
3. Fixed quote in writing
- After the first conversation (email, WhatsApp or video call), you receive within 24 hours a fixed quote in writing with scope, timelines and total price.
- The quote describes the scope. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before being done: a surprise extra never shows up on the invoice.
- The quote is valid for 30 calendar days unless stated otherwise.
- Accepting the quote (by email or WhatsApp) formalises the commission and the application of these terms.
4. How the process works
- Initial conversation, no strings attached, no cost.
- Free mockup or visual proposal: you see the direction before paying anything.
- Initial 20% payment after approving the mockup: only then does work start.
- Development with visible progress; in apps, sprint by sprint, each validated by you.
- Joint review with the site already on your domain.
- Remaining 80% only when you validate the result. If anything does not match the quote, it is fixed before the final payment.
5. Payments and invoicing
- Payment methods: SEPA transfer, Bizum (Spain), Wise, Revolut or PayPal. Exact details are on the quote/invoice.
- Websites: 20% at start after mockup approval, 80% on validated delivery. Apps: per sprint, each one validated before the next is invoiced.
- A VAT invoice is issued for every payment under Spanish tax rules, and kept for 4 years (legal obligation).
- Payments are in euros unless another currency is expressly agreed; in that case the exchange rate of the issue day stated in the quote applies.
6. Delivery timelines
- Landing: 2 days to 1 week. Corporate: 1-2 weeks. Custom: 2-4 weeks (4-6 for high complexity). App MVP: 2-4 weeks.
- Your quote states the exact timeline, counting from when I have all needed materials (see point 7).
- If a delay is my fault, I warn you in advance and we agree the remedy (including compensation where appropriate). If the delay comes from missing materials or validations on your side, the timeline shifts accordingly.
7. What I need from you
- Project materials within a reasonable time: base texts, photos, logo, access (domain, hosting, accounts) where needed.
- You warrant the materials you deliver are yours or you may use them, and breach no third-party rights or law.
- You will name one contact person for validations, so the project never stalls.
8. Warranty and included adjustments
- 15 days of minor adjustments included after delivery (texts, photos, alignments; no redesigns or new features).
- Working warranty: if anything quoted does not work as agreed, I fix it free of charge within 3 months after delivery, unless the failure comes from third-party tampering, external updates or misuse.
- Monthly maintenance (from EUR 25/month, no commitment) is optional and contracted separately; you can cancel anytime with 15 days notice.
9. Withdrawal and cancellation
- Before paying the initial 20%: you can cancel anytime, free, no explanations. The mockup is free.
- Consumers (Spanish TRLGDCU): the law grants 14 days of withdrawal for distance contracts. As this is a clearly personalised service made to your specifications (art. 103.c of the Spanish General Consumer Protection Act), once performance has started with your express consent there is no full-refund withdrawal; if you cancel midway, work already done is settled per the quote (never above the agreed price) and everything developed so far is handed over.
- Apps by sprint: you can stop before any next sprint anytime; only the validated sprint is invoiced.
10. Intellectual property of your project
- On full payment, you receive ownership of the code and design built specifically for you (including source code for apps and custom projects), with unlimited use, modification and exploitation rights.
- I may show the project as a case study on this site and portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing. Your internal data and credentials are never published.
- Reusable generic components of my authorship (utilities, snippets) and third-party licences (open-source libraries, fonts) are governed by their own licences.
11. Confidentiality and data protection
Everything you share for the project is treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties except as needed to deliver the service (hosting, domains, payment gateways), detailed in the privacy policy. Personal-data processing complies with the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD.
12. Duration and termination
- Each commission ends with validated delivery and final payment, without prejudice to the warranty in point 8.
- Either party may terminate for serious breach by the other, with prior written notice and 15 days to remedy.
- If I terminate for a cause attributable to the client (e.g. non-payment of the initial 20% after mockup approval), work does not start and there are no further consequences. If you terminate, point 9 applies.
13. Applicable law, claims and online disputes
- These terms are governed by Spanish law (Civil and Commercial Codes, TRLGDCU and concordant rules).
- Consumers resident in Spain: courts of your domicile. I first handle any claim by email (landinowebs@gmail.com); if there is no agreement, you can go to the OMIC / consumer office of your region.
- Professionals or non-residents: courts of Valencia (Spain).
- EU online dispute resolution platform (Regulation (EU) 524/2013): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
