Prices, no fluff
- Practice landing: from EUR 280. Specialties, team, first visit and contact. For showing up well on Google. Timeline: 3-7 days.
- Full website with online booking: EUR 450-600. First visit in one click, session packs, team, health GDPR and local SEO per condition. What fills the agenda. Timeline: 1-2 weeks.
- With records or patient area: from EUR 600. Custom project, quoted case by case.
- Agency: EUR 1,500-5,000. For the same as always.
The 4 pieces that matter
1. First visit in one click. Reason, time preference, city. Zero friction. A patient in pain neither waits nor compares much: they book now or call the next one on the list.
2. Session packs. 5-10 session packs with online purchase or booking. Upfront revenue and returning patients in one piece. Works especially well in physio, psychology and therapeutic massage.
3. Real health GDPR. Health data is a special category: minimal forms, explicit consent, no records over email or WhatsApp. In private healthcare there is no margin for error here, and patients notice.
4. SEO per condition, not per specialty. Nobody searches for a registered physiotherapist number. They search neck pain treatment, back pain, anxiety psychologist in a given city. Each condition explained in plain language is a Google doorway that is legitimate.
An honest note on apps and SaaS
When a management app comes up too (calendar, earnings, patient chat), know it is another project: custom apps start at EUR 800 and run in sprints. I say it because I am building exactly that right now for a real aesthetics clinic (case in progress) and I know what it takes. For most small practices, the website with online booking is plenty. Do not sell yourself something you do not need.
